[Guide] Leathercraft to 110

• Note: This is a literal copy and paste of the text from the original page. This was done in case Valhalla private server ever goes offline, taking this valuable resource with it.

• Every 0.1 skill up grants 100 exp
• Skill ups occur in steps of 0.3, 0.6, or 0.9.
• Skill ups occur very often
• You can craft items up to 15 levels above your current level
• You can obtain level 110 on all crafts except Synergy and Fishing
• The level 100->110 promotion item is listed over at the Valhalla Wiki

This guide will primarily focus on break synthing, where you craft items that are much higher level than your current level in order to break the synthesis, thus leading to an overall less items (and gil) expenditure in the path to reach level 110.

Almost all the ingredients here can be bought from the craft NPCs in @mog2. For those that can’t be, a description on how to obtain them will be provided.

Recruit Promotion Item = Rabbit Mantle: Earth Crystal + 5x Rabbit Hide + 1x Grass Thread

• Rabbit Hide is available from NPC Cletae at (D-8) in the Leathercraft shop in Southern San d'Oria
• Rabbit Hide can also be farmed.
• Grass thread is available from NPC Kuzah Hpirohpon at (F-12) in the Clothcraft shop in Windurst Waters.
• Grass thread can also be farmed.

Lizard Strap (cap at 11): Wind Crystal + 2x Lizard Skin

Craft Lizard Strap until leathercraft skill is level 8

Initiate Promotion Item = Lizard Cesti Leather Ring (cap at 21): Wind Crystal + 1x Dhalmel Leather

Craft Leather Ring until leathercraft skill is level 21

Novice Promotion Item = Dhalmel Mantle Wolf Mantle (cap at 32): Ice Crystal + 1x Wolf Hide + 1x Wool Thread

Craft Wolf Mantle until leathercraft skill is level 31

Apprentice Promotion Item = Magic Belt Waistbelt (cap at 42): Wind Crystal + 1x Grass Thread + 2x Ram Leather

Craft Waistbelt until leathercraft skill is level 38

Journeyman Promotion Item = Cuir Bouilli Raptor Strap (cap at 52): Wind Crystal +2x Raptor Skin

Craft Raptor Strap until leathercraft skill is level 52

Craftsman Promotion Item = Raptor Jerkin Hard Leather Ring (cap at 61): Wind Crystal + 1x Tiger Leather

Craft Hard Leather Ring until leathercraft skill is level 56

Beak Jerkin (cap at 68): Earth Crystal + 1x Sheep Leather + 2x Cockatrice Skin

Craft Beak Jerkin until leathercraft skill is level 60 This will serve as a less expensive bridge between the gap at level 58 to 61

Artisan Promotion Item = Battle Boots Tiger Mantle (cap at 74): Ice Crystal + 1x Tiger Hide + 1x Wool Thread

Craft Tiger Mantle until leathercraft skill is level 71 Or push this till cap because it’s very cheap skillup

Adept Promotion Item = Tiger Gloves Coeurl Mantle (cap at 84): Ice Crystal + 1x Coeurl Hide + 1x Wool Thread

Craft Coeurl Mantle until leathercraft skill is level 80

Coeurl Jerkin (cap at 88): Earth Crystal + 1x Sheep Leather + 2x Coeurl Leather

Craft Coeurl Mantle until leathercraft skill is level 87 Push this all the way because I’d rather spend gil over farm more Griffon Hides

Veteran Promotion Item = Coeurl Mask Griffon Leather (cap at 96): Dark Crystal + 1x Griffon Hide + 1x Distilled Water + 1x Willow Log

Craft Griffon Leather until leathercraft skill is level 96 Griffon Hide is obtained by orcs spawned in Dynamis – Beaucedine

Expert Promotion Item = Panther Mask Panther Mask (cap at 110): Ice Crystal + 1x Ram Leather + 1x Wool Thread + 1x Wyvern Skin + 2x High-Quality Coeurl Hide

Craft Panther Mask until leathercraft skill is level 110 Obtain Wyvern Skin and High-Quality Coeurl Hide from the Auction House
