Hand-to-Hand Relic Weapon Quest	Requires Caestus, Necropsyche, Mystic Fragment, and a 10,000 Byne Bill. Once you have all these items, pay one last visit to Switchstix in Castle Zvahl Baileys. (Note: Going to the goblin is not optional).
