General Notes

History/Background

Quasimodo is the protagonist of the 1831 Victor Hugo novel The Hunchback of Notre-Dame. The character is a severely deformed human that was abandoned at a church as a baby and grew up sheltered from outside society. The connection in-game is tenuous; cathedrals traditionally have gargoyle statues and Quasimodo is associated with one such cathedral.
