| Katana Relic Weapon Quest | Requires Yoshimitsu, Demoniac Fragment, Necropsyche, and a 10,000 Byne Bill. Once you have all these items, go talk to Switchstix in Castle Zvahl Baileys. (Note: Going to the goblin is not optional). DO NOT trade Switchstix anything! Just talk to him. | |
Notes
- This weapon can be further upgraded through Relic Weapon Trials.
- This weapon allows usage of the weaponskill Blade: Metsu when equipped in the Main Hand.
- Paralysis procs about 10% of the time and does not overwrite itself.
- Upon talking to Switchstix, you will see messages in your chat log in which your Relic Weapon will speak to you.
- Now head to Sea Serpent Grotto.
- From Norg, head south to the Cracked Wall at (H-6).
- Go south through the Cracked Wall then thru left and head east to the T-intersection at (J-5/J-6)
- If coming from Yuhtunga Jungle, head west to the T-intersection at (J-5/J-6).
- At the T-intersection, head south to the Ornamented Door at (J-10/K-10).
- Facing the Ornamented Door, turn left and head east following the ramp down and to the west.
- Continue heading west to the Mythril Door at (I-11) (you need to examine the Mythril Door multiple times until it prompts that it can be opened with a Mythril Beastcoin).
- Trade a Mythril Beastcoin to the Mythril Door (you won't lose the coin) to open the door.
- Head in a south-west direction to the Blank Target at (C-10) (be careful not to fall over any ledges to lower levels!).
- Trade all the items (currency included) to the Blank Target at (C-10).
- Now head to Sea Serpent Grotto.
