AF storage NPCs are NPCs that you may retrieve full sets of Artifact Armor from. The cost to retrieve the sets of Artifact Armor is 500 gil per set.
You do not need to have previously stored the armor with these NPCs, they give you access to all AF armor sets due to certain AF quests in DSP not being implemented.
