Involved in Quests/Missions
- Once you have obtained the Item Level 119 Afterglow version of an Empyrean weapon, you can trade the weapon to this moogle to unlock access of the Empyrean weaponskill to be used with any weapon of the type.
- Currently, this feature only applies to Empyrean Weapons.
