Cyclone Wing has an add-effect of Sleep. Spike Flail from this mob will hit any character within range, including ones not in the party/alliance currently fighting this mob! Unlike Tiamat, Jormungand and Ouryu, Vrtra does not fly. Vrtra can summon up to 6 pets at any one time, 2 each of Pey, Iruci and Airi. Vrtra's pets inherit hate from Vrtra when they are spawned.
