Walkthrough
- Speak to Waoud, he will offer to give you a divination, he will ask the follow questions. It is possible to not progress further in the quest, if you do not, you will have the option to try again the next game day. Below is a listing of the questions and answers, the answers in bold are the ones you must choose in order to progress to the next part of the quest.

- If you progress through the questions, Waoud will ask for you to bring him one of the following three items.
- Sunsand, Valkurm Dunes (H-9)
- Siren's Tear, North Gustaberg (J-9)
- Dangruf Stone, Dangruf Wadi (I-5)
- Waoud will not yet accept the item. Leave and re-enter Whitegate and talk to Waoud again at least one game day later and agree to help, answering that his words have moved you to help him.
- Trade him the item, and he will tell you to go to Aydeewa Subterrane. Enter Aydeewa Subterrane at (I-7) in Bhaflau Thickets, and proceed to the platform at (H-9) for a cutscene. During the cutscene, chose to take his hand to continue.
- When the cutscene is over, you will be returned to Aht Urhgan Whitegate and able to change to Blue Mage.
